The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced the schedule for the lottery draw of flats under the Atal Nagar Awasiyojana, a major group housing scheme in the state capital. The lottery for a total of 2,496 residential flats will be conducted over two days on January 8 and January 9, 2026, starting from 9:00 am.

According to LDA officials, the lottery draw will take place at Mercury Hall, Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, in the presence of applicants and concerned authorities to ensure transparency.
Date-wise Lottery Schedule
On January 8, 2026, the lottery draw will be held for 1,832 units of 1BHK flats, covering applicants from all categories.
On January 9, 2026, the draw will be conducted for 664 units of 2BHK flats, again including all applicant categories.
