300-Acre Taiwan City Planned Near Noida Jewar Airport

One of the most notable approvals is the proposed 300-acre Taiwan City. The development is expected to create a dedicated ecosystem for Taiwanese investment and manufacturing in the Yamuna City region.

The project is part of YEIDA’s broader strategy to attract international companies and establish the Jewar-Noida Airport area as an important global investment and industrial destination.

International Stadium to Boost Sports Infrastructure

YEIDA has also approved plans for an international stadium in the region. The facility is expected to add a major sports infrastructure asset to the rapidly developing airport corridor.

With the airport, industrial projects and new urban developments coming up in the area, the stadium could also support large sporting events and other public gatherings.

500-Acre Medical Hub and 480-Acre University Township

The board has approved a 500-acre medical hub in Sectors 13 and 14, aimed at expanding healthcare and related institutional infrastructure.
