The Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath government has announced an allocation of ₹11.37 crore to strengthen classroom learning in PM SHRI schools across the state, with a focus on improving foundational education for students in Classes 1 to 5.

The initiative, being implemented under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, will provide Teaching-Learning Materials (TLM), Student Learning Kits and diaries to young learners.

According to the state government, the learning resources are designed to support activity-based education and make classroom teaching more engaging for children. The initiative will also focus on teaching materials aligned with the NIPUN Lakshya programme.
