UP Homeguards Exam 2026: CM Yogi Adityanath Orders Tight Security, Zero Tolerance on Irregularities

CM Yogi Adityanath has ordered that the Uttar Pradesh Homeguards Recruitment Exam 2026 be held with levels of security that have never been seen before. The state government is putting a lot of effort into making sure that the exam process is fair, open, and goes off without a hitch, since there will be lakhs of people taking it.

High-Level Review to Make Sure Everyone Is Fair

During a high-level video conference on April 20 and 21, CM Yogi talked about plans with police and district magistrates, among other high-ranking officials. He made it clear that there is no debate about keeping the test fair. People in charge have been told to make sure that everything, from running the exam centre to keeping the crowds in check, is done quickly and well.

Candidates have already started getting their exam city slips, which means that they are now ready for the last step. Officials have said that the official process is going well and is easy to understand.

AI Watching Over Social Media and Watching

AI-based surveillance has been set up at exam centres this year, and that’s one of the best things that has happened. These advanced systems should be able to spot suspicious behaviour right away, which will greatly lower the risk of wrongdoing.

It has also been ordered that people keep an eye on social media all the time to stop rumours, false news, or any other attempt to mess up the test process. People in charge have been told to take action right away against false information.

There is no cheating or doing anything else wrong

The state government has a strict “zero tolerance” policy against cheating, leaking papers, and any other bad behaviour. CM Yogi Adityanath has made it clear that anyone or any group that tries to cheat on the test will be punished right away and harshly by the law. Interestingly, some things that help candidates have been put in place even though security has gotten stricter.
