Sambhal Violence: A chargesheet has been filed in the Sambhal violence case, triggering heated political debates. As soon as the police submitted the report, Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Shivpal Singh Yadav expressed strong opposition. He indirectly hinted at a political shift, suggesting that the situation would be different when the Samajwadi Party comes to power. His remarks have now gone viral, with social media users actively discussing the issue.

While addressing the media in Lucknow, Shivpal Singh Yadav did not hold back his criticism of the Yogi government. He raised questions over the chargesheet and accused the BJP-led administration of bias. "When the Samajwadi Party forms the government, a script of atrocities will be written, and Sambhal will be at the top of it," he stated.

Apart from the Sambhal violence chargesheet, Shivpal Yadav also touched upon the Hathras case, further criticising the ruling government. "Justice cannot be expected from the BJP government," he remarked.

Key Accused and Chargesheet Details

The UP Police has submitted a detailed 4,400-page chargesheet in the Sambhal violence case. The document names Sharif Satha as the main accused. Investigators have highlighted suspicious financial transactions and the use of foreign bullets in the violence. A total of 79 accused have been listed in the chargesheet, all of whom are currently in jail.

SIT Links Accused to Dawood and ISI

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has identified Sharif Satha as the mastermind behind the violence. According to the report, he has alleged connections with underworld figure Dawood Ibrahim and Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI. The SIT further revealed that Satha has a history of illegal activities and managed to flee the country using a fake passport in the past.
