Apple iPhone 15 Pro to get Spatial Video capture with iOS 17.2 update, Details

Apple iPhone 15 Pro: A new iOS 17.2 beta version that was released today allows users of the iPhone 15 Pro to configure their video capture to record spatial video for Apple Vision Pro. The iPhone 15 Pro will now be able to take and view spatial images and movies using the Vision Pro headset thanks to this update. The smartphone’s ultra-wide and primary cameras can be used to produce 3D films and images.
Apple has provided an explanation, as reported by 9to5Mac: “Record spatial video with remarkable depth for viewing in the Photos app on Apple Vision Pro. For best results, keep the iPhone in landscape orientation and stable while recording. Video is recorded at 30 fps at 1080p. A minute of spatial video is approximately 130 MB.”

How to enable it?

In order to capture spatial video with the iPhone 15 Pro, users must open the Settings app, choose Camera, and then turn on the Spatial Video for Apple Vision Pro toggle. When the camera is set to Video, the “Spatial” option will show up the next time the Camera app opens.
