Cyberpunk 2077: Cyberpunk 2077 would eventually receive a “Game of the Year” version in 2023, according to a recent conference call with investors led by CD Projekt Red CEO Adam Kicinski.

What is meant by the Game of the year edition?
Over the years, the moniker the Game of the Year has been weirdly accepted by the video game industry. A “Game of the Year” edition simply means that the developer is publishing the “full” version of the game with all additions and DLC.
Although many people considered The Witcher 3 to be the best game of the year when it came out, some people may find it offensive that Cyberpunk 2077 also received this honour. This is especially true given that the game’s first year of release was it’s most difficult, even though it has since improved to a respectable, if not excellent state two years later. But once more, this is a typical business practice. It’s just about creating a complete package with all the additions.
Cyberpunk 2077 GOTY
This means that, in the case of Cyberpunk 2077, a version of the game will eventually be available that includes both the main game and Phantom Liberty packed together. The phantom liberty pack might cost Rs 2500-3000. Whereas, GOTY editions frequently cost around Rs 5000 when purchased new. We’ll have to wait and see. It’s wise to wait before playing a AAA title because things like these frequently occur. Phantom Liberty might be launched in late winter or early spring 2023, while the GOTY package might arrive around the holidays in 2023.
It wasn’t originally planned for Cyberpunk 2077 to have two DLCs like The Witcher 3, but plans change when you have to spend a year and a half patching the base game. However, Cyberpunk 2077 is now worth playing, and a sequel has already been approved and announced.
