How to Check If Your FASTag KYC is Complete
Your FASTag Issuer
Go to their website or mobile app, or get in touch with your bank that issues FASTags. Most banks offer a dedicated page where customers can monitor the progress of their FASTag KYC.
IHMCL Website
Go to https://ihmcl.co.in/fastag-user/, the FASTag site managed by Indian Highways Management Company Limited (IHMCL). Your KYC status is available to you in the “My Profile” section. Go there and check whether is completed or not.
NCPI Portal
Go to the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) website to check your FASTag status (https://www.npci.org.in/what-we-do/netc-fastag). Enter the information of your car to view the current status of FASTag linked to it.
FASTag KYC Update Through NHAI Official Website
Step 1: Go to https://fastag.ihmcl.com and sign in with the phone number you registered.
Step 2: After finishing, select My Profile from the Dashboard Menu.
Step 3: You will see a KYC option on the My Profile page. Click and open that window and then opt for “Customer Type.”
Step 4: To update your FASTag KYC, adhere to the on-screen instructions and mark the required declaration.
