Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra: The Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 should all come out in the first quarter of 2023. Leaked CAD drawings of the Galaxy S23 Ultra that came out last month showed that it will look similar to the Galaxy S22 Ultra, but the design will be slightly different.
The CAD models of the S23 Ultra showed that the laser autofocus unit and the camera sensor below it will lay flat on the back of the phone, while the other three cameras will stick out in some way. The renders also show that the bezels will be much thinner than on the model that came before it. But a new tweet from a reliable source, Ice Universe, shows that the S23 Ultra won’t have these design changes. Instead, it will be almost the same as the S22 Ultra.
Predict a new design and chipsets in the next Galaxy S23 range
The tipster says that the CAD renders of the Galaxy S23 Ultra that was leaked last month are wrong. The renders showed that the device has a forehead and chin that are the same size and shape. But the source says that the Galaxy S23 Ultra has a thin top bezel but a wide bottom bezel like the Galaxy S22 Ultra.

The renders showed that the back of the Galaxy S23 Ultra is cut out for five cameras. Two of them were shown sitting flat on the back shell. The source that gave the tip said that these camera cutouts will have a small bump. So, it looks like the Galaxy S23 Ultra will look a lot like the Galaxy S22 Ultra, but with a few small changes.
Expected specs and features for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
Ross Young, CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC), says that the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will probably be available in four colours. The phone will come in four different colours: beige, black, green, and light pink.
For those who don’t know, the Galaxy S22 series that came before it will come in Green, Graphite, Gold, Cream, Red, Phantom White, and Phantom Black.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is likely to have a 6.8-inch QHD+ AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The phone might also have a place for a S Pen.
For photography, the phone is likely to have a quad camera setup with a 200MP main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 10MP telephoto lens with 10x optical zoom.
Galaxy S23 Ultra should have a 5,000 mAh battery that can be charged at 25W. Notably, the Galaxy S22 Ultra model could be charged quickly with 45W.
