The feature in discussions is a new sticker editor feature. For the past few days, rumours have been suggesting the arrival of this new Sticker editor feature. But now, credible information on this feature has now surfaced. WhatsApp has reportedly started rolling out this feature, according to WABetaInfo.
Earlier, the iOS WhatsApp Beta version 24.1.10.72 included this unique feature which allowed users to modify stickers with this feature without using any other apps. The Meta is currently releasing this exciting feature for Android users as well.
WaBetaInfo Reports Says
The sticker editor feature was noticed by WaBetsInfo in the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.24.6.5. This version of the messaging platform is accessible through the Google Play Store.
In their report, WABetaInfo also included a screenshot of the sticker editor feature. As you can see in the embedded post, WhatsApp has created a new tool for making picture stickers. With this new sticker keyboard, users will be able to turn any picture into a sticker using a create option on WhatsApp.
How to Use Sticker Editor Feature
After the arrival of this feature, users will be able to create stickers by opening the overflow menu. Currently, a new edit sticker option is available on WhatsApp which allows users to edit any stickers and send them to their loved ones. Additionally, a new drawing editor will also added by the messaging platform which will automatically open whenever users select a photo. This will show a subject headline on the inside with accessibility to choose other stickers in case you don’t like it.
