G20 Summit: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Joe Biden shared a few amusing moments as the G20 Summit began in Bali, Indonesia. The two world leaders may be seen in the photo that the Prime Minister's office published, shaking hands and giggling.

PM Modi was met by a crowd of Indians when he arrived for the G20 talks earlier on Monday. PM Modi is in Bali to participate in the G20 summit. Upon his arrival at the airport, Modi was greeted with a customary and vibrant greeting.

Prior to his departure from Delhi, Modi had stated, "During the Bali summit, I will have extensive discussions with other G20 leaders on key issues of global concern, such as reviving global growth, food and energy security, environment, health and digital transformation.”
The Prime Minister will inform the world leaders on India's changing G20 priorities during his visit and engage in bilateral discussions with them. In addition, this G20 summit is significant since it will serve as the transition point for India's one-year presidency, which it will assume on December 1, 2022.
President Widodo will symbolically hand the G20 Presidency on to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi during the Summit's final session. India will legally take over the G20 Presidency on December 1, 2022, according to the Prime Minister's Office's official press release.
