Gurugram Police update on viral video
In the wake of the viral video, ANI posted a tweet quoting Gurugram ACP Abhilaksh Joshi. As per the statement issued by the ACP, the video was intercepted by the Gurugram Police Social Media Monitoring Cell on September 14, 2026. It was stated that the Gurugram police reached out to the woman concerned and took cognizance of the matter suo motu. The case has been registered as an FIR at the Sector 56 Police Station, with efforts to trace the identity of the accused via the vehicle.
