Regarding saturated fat, the company claims to provide 0.03 gram, but as per test, it contains 0.21 gram.
When it comes to Trans fat, the company claims to provide 0 gram but as per test it is below LOQ. When it comes to sodium, the company claims to provide 948 mg in 100 grams, but 922. 11 mg. In addition, as per test, it contains heavy metals below LOQ but copper is only under safe limit. Aflatoxins are also below LOQ. Microbiological such as bacteria, viruses fungus, etc, are not present in the ketchup. As a result, you can fall sick.
