Viral Video: For a very long period, there has been a lot of outrage regarding the NEET paper leak matter. Students and the opposition are voicing their concerns over paper leaks everywhere from Parliament to the streets. The Supreme Court was hearing arguments in this case. The nation's highest court, the Supreme Court, declared today that the NEET exam will not be administered again in its decision.

Following the court's ruling, a range of responses emerged. In the meantime, DY Chandrachud, the Chief Justice of India, appeared in a video that quickly went viral on social media. This video is from the hearing on the NEET exam-related petitions.

What Really Happened Inside the Court?

A senior advocate Narender Hooda was representing one of the petitioners of the cases but Nedumpara interrupted in between. While cutting short the argument, he said, “I have something to say.”

CJI Chandrachud asked him to let Hooda finish but Nedumpara said that he is the seniormost advocate present in the court. This irked the CJI and he said, “I am warning you. You will not speak to the gallery. I am in charge of the court. Call the security... have him removed.”

Nedumpara said that the CJI doesn’t need to do this because he was leaving. CJI replied, “You do not have to say that. You can leave. I have seen judiciary for the last 24 years. I cannot let lawyers dictate procedure in this court.”

If Nedumpara persisted in his behaviour, the Chief Justice threatened to issue a directive. The video was shared on X and it has garnered attention online among the audience.
