A disturbing video from Ghaziabad has gone viral, showing 7-8 people attacking a restaurant with sticks and iron rods after a fight over a food bill. The group chased and beat restaurant workers for nearly 20 minutes, leaving customers terrified and rushing to escape.

The incident happened on the night of June 7 in the Nandigram area. The attackers smashed furniture, tried to break CCTV cameras, laptops, and mobiles, and looted cash from the counter before fleeing. Police registered a case after the CCTV footage revealed a vehicle number linked to the suspects.

Ghaziabad Viral Video: Violence Erupts Over Food Dispute

The violence started after a heated argument over a food dispute. As reported by Dainik Bhaskar, Akshat Tyagi (owner of Rasoi Restaurant in Raj Nagar) explained, “On June 6, three men -Mintu Tyagi, Rajdeep, and Ravi Sharma - came to eat. They were drunk. The bill was 900 rupees, but they claimed it was too much and started arguing. When I tried to calm them, they abused me and threatened to kill me.”

The issue seemed settled after a mediator, Sonu Tyagi, stepped in. But the next night, Akshat said, “Seven to eight youths arrived on bikes, covered their faces, and started destroying the place with sticks.” Inside, diners were frozen with fear. Women screamed, children ran for safety, and tables and chairs were smashed in chaos.
