Two loud explosions were heard in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, at the same time, according to a Thursday report. Since October of last year, Russia has been frequently bombarding Ukraine and attacking a range of objectives. Less than 24 hours after Kyiv claimed 21 people killed in a Russian strike on the city of Kherson, the most recent explosions were recorded.
