Iran’s Supreme Leader had launched a new account on X, specifically to communicate in Hebrew, just days after Israel launched airstrikes on Iran. Shortly after Khamenei used the account to issue a direct threat to Israel, X suspended the account for violating platform rules. In his post, Khamenei stated, “The Zionist regime made a mistake. It erred in its calculations on Iran. We will cause it to understand what kind of strength, ability, initiative, and will the Iranian nation has.”

The message, written in Hebrew, directly threatened Israel, following its airstrikes. Hours later, the Hebrew-language account @Khamenei_Heb was suspended, adding fuel to the escalating Israel Iran conflict.

The account suspension happened as part of the larger backdrop of the Israel Iran conflict, where both countries have engaged in military strikes.
