In a bizarre and provocative statement, Pakistani Senator Palwasha Mohammad Zai Khan has stirred controversy with her remarks about India’s internal religious matters. In a viral video circulating on social media, the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) lawmaker made outrageous claims involving the Babri Mosque, Indian sovereignty, and Pakistan’s military.

Speaking during a session in Pakistan’s Senate on Tuesday, Khan said, “The day is not far when the first brick of the new Babri Mosque in Ayodhya will be laid by a Pakistani soldier, and the first Azaan will be called by Pakistan’s Army Chief Asim Munir.”

‘We Are Not Wearing Bangles’: An Open Threat?

Further escalating tensions, Senator Khan said, “The Pakistani army is not just 6-7 lakh strong — 250 million citizens will stand with them. We are not wearing bangles.” Her speech appeared to be a response to India’s tough stance following the Pahalgam terror attack.

These statements have provoked intense backlash from Indian social media users, who see them as nothing more than baseless bravado and an attempt to distract from Pakistan’s internal crises.

Mentions Khalistani Terrorist Pannun,

Senator Khan also referenced Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun — a designated terrorist in India — as well as former Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, further aggravating tensions. Indian users and commentators have strongly condemned the video, calling her remarks “delusional daydreaming” and “a desperate fantasy from a nation facing economic collapse.”

Social Media Reaction: Outrage and Mockery

The video, shared by journalist Siddhant Sibbal and others, has sparked a wave of outrage in India. Many users accused Pakistan of "cooking up imaginary scenarios" to divert attention from its economic turmoil and diplomatic isolation.
