In the vlog, Dhanashree said she and Chahal have “moved on,” that their issues are “nearly settled,” and confirmed they still text each other. But instead of keeping the chat light, Farah kept bringing up her past with Chahal, which many Reddit users felt was unnecessary.

About Dhanashree Verma And Yuzvendra Chahal’s Divorce
Dhanashree Verma and Yuzvendra Chahal’s divorce has been a big talking point in 2025. The duo got married on December 22, 2020, at Karma Lakelands in Gurugram. The ceremony was small, with only close friends and family present. Their love story began during the COVID-19 lockdown when Chahal joined Dhanashree’s online dance classes, and soon they became a favourite couple on social media.
The couple gained popularity with their videos and public appearances. However, by mid-2022, problems started in their relationship. In June 2022, they began living separately. Later, in February 2025, they filed for divorce by mutual consent at Bandra Family Court in Mumbai. Since they had already lived apart for more than two years, the court waived the usual six-month waiting period.
Their divorce was finalised in March 2025. As part of the settlement, Chahal agreed to pay alimony to Dhanashree. Reports suggested the amount was around Rs 4.75 crore, with some paid upfront and the rest after the decree. Both of them, through their lawyers, requested privacy and chose not to share details about the settlement in public.
