MTV’s popular dating reality show Splitsvilla 16 is back, and it is already creating a buzz among viewers. Titled Splitsvilla X6 – Pyaar Ya Paisa, the new season brings a fresh format, emotional moments and plenty of drama. This season of Splitsvilla 16 introduces two separate spaces – the Pyaar Villa and the Paisa Villa. The concept is simple but challenging. Karan Kundrra Calls Himself Bad Guy Who Turned Good In Splitsvilla 16
The first episode opened with the female contestants entering the Pyaar Villa. They introduced themselves and spoke honestly about the kind of men they prefer. Some said they wanted calm and secure partners, while others leaned towards talent and charm. Adding a playful twist, Karan Kundrra asked the girls to pick one “love potion” from eight options. Each potion described three traits of a potential partner, helping spark early interest and curiosity.
A memorable moment followed when Sunny Leone asked contestant Deeksha about her ideal man. Deeksha said she likes a “bad guy who’s good only for her.” This led Karan to share a personal thought. Drawing from his own life, he said, “When a bad guy turns good only for you, nothing in the world can change him, and I’m saying this from my personal experience.” Many viewers saw this as a subtle reference to his relationship with actress Tejasswi Prakash.
Sunny Leone agreed with Karan and shared her own love story. She revealed that her husband Daniel was once a “bad guy” who changed after falling in love with her.
Roadies Fame Yogesh Rawat Joins MTV’s Dating Reality Show
As the episode continued, the male contestants entered the villa and began showcasing their talents. Popular faces like Roadies fame Yogesh Rawat and Himanshu Arora joined the season. The boys performed various tasks to impress the girls. Later, the women were asked to give heart lockets to the contestants they liked. Himanshu received the most hearts, followed by Yogesh.
The episode ended with all contestants coming together in the Pyaar Villa. However, the promo for the next episode hinted that peace may not last long. Viewers were teased with major drama and heated clashes in the Paisa Villa, suggesting tough decisions and shifting alliances ahead.
Splitsvilla 16 is filmed in the scenic coastal town of Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu. The season features 32 contestants divided between the two villas. Adding more twists to the game, Nia Sharma and Uorfi Javed appear as “Mischief Makers,” shaking up strategies and relationships.
