Revolt RV400 EV Bike: As investors applauded the company’s plan to buy a 75% stake in interior systems and component supplier IAC International, shares of Lumax Auto Technologies were trading nearly 6% higher in the afternoon trade.
The stake will be sold by IACNA Mauritius Ltd to Lumax Auto for Rs 587 crore, and the transaction is anticipated to close in March 2023. IAC Global will own the final 25% of the equity.

The company claims that delivery will begin before March 31 and that extensive manufacturing is currently taking place in Manesar, Haryana, to support this.
