Tata Altroz 2023: With the Altroz in 2020, Tata Motors announced its debut into the high-end hatchback market. Since entering the market, the model has been producing a respectable amount of sales for the local automaker. The Tata Altroz CNG and Altroz Racer are the two main hatchback variations that the business plans to introduce this year in an effort to increase sales. The 1.2L petrol engine and a CNG conversion kit are standard on the Tata Altroz CNG. It produces 95Nm of torque and 77PS of peak power while operating on CNG. A five-speed manual gearbox is connected to the system. It’s interesting that the model has a brand-new twin cylinder configuration with a 30-liter capacity for each cylinder. With a Single Advanced ECU (engine control unit), Direct State CNG, and leakage detection technology, it is the first vehicle in its class to offer these features. The CNG hatch has features including a modular fuel filter, an automatic transition between fuels, and speedier refuelling.

Know about the car in a brief

The Hyundai i20 N Line, which comes with a 118 horsepower, 1.0L turbo-petrol engine and either a 6-speed iMT or 7-speed DCT gearbox, will be pitted against the Tata Altroz Racer. The 1.2L, 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine that powers the Altroz Racer Edition is calibrated to provide a maximum torque of 170Nm between 1,750 and 4,000 rpm and power worth 120PS at 5,500 rpm. The Nexon subcompact car family offers the same turbo-petrol engine. A 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 7-inch TFT digital instrument cluster, wireless phone charging, heated seats, a voice-activated electric sunroof, leatherette upholstery with contrast strips, six airbags, and other features are included in the hatchback’s Racer version.
