The leaders, who play the role of observer and co-observer in the elections, will reach Panaji on Monday morning to attend the legislative party meeting. Earlier, Goa’s caretaker Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said that I have been working for the development of Goa since three years of my tenure as Chief Minister.
