A 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine and a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine with turbocharger are the two powertrain choices for the Renault Kiger. The turbocharged engine generates 100 horsepower and 160 Nm of torque, while the normally aspirated engine produces 72 horsepower and 96 Nm of torque. A 5-speed manual transmission or a CVT automatic transmission can be used with either of the engine configurations.

Features

A wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto infotainment system, an Arkamys sound system, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, three drive modes—eco, normal, and sport—automatic climate control, LED headlamps, and keyless entry with push-button start are all included in the Renault Kiger. As accessories, Philips PM 2.5 AC filters and wireless phone chargers are available. The Kiger has a long list of features, but it lacks some necessary ones like cruise control and a sunroof. Four airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, traction control, ISOFIX seat mount points, hill start assist, and a rear camera with rear parking sensors all contribute to the vehicle’s safety. A hill starts aid feature, traction control, an electronic stability programme (ESP), and a tyre pressure monitoring system are all included in the standard safety kit.

The price for a Kiger begins at Rs. 6.49 Lakh. Kiger is available in 19 variations and 9 colour schemes. Kiger automatic versions start at Rs. 8.46 Lakh and are available in 8 variations.
