CSIR UGC NET June 2025: National-level examination CSIR UGC NET is conducted to make candidates eligible for academic and research roles in higher education institutions. Registration for CSIR UGC NET is started on official website of National Test Agency (NTA).

CSIR UGC NET is a qualifying exam for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and for appointment as an Assistant Professor in colleges all over India. To be eligible for the CSIR UGC NET exam, candidates should have a Master's degree (M.Sc.) or equivalent in a relevant science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD). Moreover, age of applicants must be within prescribed limit for the Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor positions. The National Testing Agency has enabled the online registration process for June 2025 examination. As per notification released by the NTA, the last date of registration for CSIR UGC NET June 2025 is June 23, 2025. It was started on June 3, 2025. Applicant correction dates are June 25 and June 26 2025. The examination will be held in July 2025 on 26, 27 and 28.
