The NEET UG 2025 results are out, but a strange controversy has taken over the spotlight. A viral video is making rounds on social media, showing three top coaching institutes - Allen, Motion NEET, and Narayana, each claiming NEET topper Keshav Mittal as their student. The bizarre overlap has led to a flood of memes, questions, and scam allegations online.
In the clip, a man displays a newspaper with ads from all three institutes featuring Keshav with the same photo, each branding him as their own success story. The identical image and claims have confused students and sparked public outrage.

Many online believe this is a clear case of marketing manipulation, where coaching centres try to claim toppers to boost their brand, regardless of the truth.
Keshav Mittal, 17, comes from Tapa town in Punjab’s Barnala district. He scored 680 out of 720 in NEET UG 2025 and secured an impressive All India Rank (AIR) 7 in his first attempt. He is also the top scorer from Punjab this year.
Keshav did his schooling at DM Public Senior Secondary School in Karar Wala, Bathinda. He later joined a private coaching centre in Chandigarh, studying for 8–9 hours a day to prepare for the exam.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the NEET UG 2025 results on June 14. The exam took place on May 4 at over 4,800 centres in India and abroad. This year, more than 22.7 lakh students appeared for the medical entrance test.
While Keshav’s achievement is being celebrated, the marketing chaos around his success has raised fresh questions about ethics in the coaching industry.
