TV’s ‘Ishi Maa’ Divyanka Tripathi has shared happy news with her fans. The actress, who is known for her hit show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, has confirmed that she is pregnant. She is expecting her first child with husband Vivek Dahiya. The couple announced the news after almost 10 years of marriage, ending long-time rumours about their pregnancy.
On Thursday (March 19), Divyanka and Vivek shared beautiful photos on social media. In the pictures, Divyanka is seen showing her baby bump while the couple poses in romantic and emotional moments. Fans quickly noticed her pregnancy glow and the post went viral within a short time.

Sharing the photos on Instagram, the couple wrote, “Plot twist after 10 years. Some journeys are not about rushing…They’re about becoming ready- together. And just when you think your story is complete… life adds the most beautiful chapter. Still soaking it in… still smiling for no reason…With our hearts full of gratitude – We are expecting.”
Soon after the announcement, many television celebrities congratulated the couple. Several friends from the industry said they were already aware of the news but were waiting for Divyanka and Vivek to make it official.
Shraddha Arya wrote, “Yayyyy!!! You know I’ve been jumping in joy over this news for quite some time now!!!! Many many congratulations to both of you… can’t wait, can’t wait!!”

Divyanka Tripathi became very popular after playing Dr Ishita Bhalla in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, which aired from 2013 to 2019. In the show, she played a loving and caring mother figure to Ruhi, and fans started calling her “Ishi Maa”. Even today, the name is strongly connected to her.
In an interview with ETimes, Divyanka and Vivek revealed that their baby is due in June. The actress also spoke about her emotional journey before the pregnancy.
She said she used to check pregnancy test strips almost every month and waited for a positive result. When it finally happened, she could not believe it at first.
Divyanka said, “There was a shift in my mind and body. I became very cautious about what I ate, how I worked out, even how I moved. I was suddenly extremely self-aware and protective.”
Divyanka and Vivek first met on the sets of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. Their friendship slowly turned into love, and they got married on July 8, 2016, in Bhopal with family and close friends present.
