The film, earlier Suriya 44 has been teased for quite a while with Suriya fans eager to see him return to screens after his 2024 release Kanguva. Retro Teaser Shows Suriya In A Gangster Avatar

In a post made on X, the Jigarthanda director shared a link to the film’s title teaser along with its poster. The caption of the post read ‘Let's go  "RETRO"’with the hashtag Love, Laughter, War.

The teaser showcases Suriya sitting with Pooja Hegde as he promises to let go of his wrong ways and walk the straight path from now. As he says this the cuts away to show bits of action before coming back to the moment. It seems like the teaser is trying to build Suriya’s character as it show him trying to mend his ways for love. It ends with the actor sitting with alcohol and a cigarette with a serious look.
