Alaya F: From avocado toast to a special smoothie, this is what the ‘Freddy’ fame includes in her special diet

Alaya F: She is bold, outspoken, and a true fashionista and staying fit is definitely her ultimate goal. Pooja Bedi’s daughter has just started her career in the entertainment industry but has managed to create a good fan base in a short span of time. On the other hand, people just love her Instagram feeds, which are filled with some fun dancing and fitness-related content.
Meanwhile, the actress has recently shared a glimpse of her diet plan and talked on what she has in her breakfast, lunch and dinner. Let’s take a look at Alaya F’s proper diet plan for a day.

Alaya F sticks to her healthy breakfast

Alaya F makes it a point to start her day by consuming a glass of celery and beetroot juice, helping in removing all the toxins. She further goes for a cup of black tea and later adds a glass of cucumber, lemon and mint water to her diet, for a better nourishment. The last drink the actress adds to her breakfast is a writer a watermelon or an orange juice.
On the other hand, her solid breakfast element includes soaked oats, paneer bhurji and a slice of toast.

The filling Lunch

Not to forget on the most fulfilling part, which is the lunch.
Alaya F makes sure to include 3 things in it, which is starting her meal with a bowl of Palak soup. Next, she takes one date, providing natural iron to the body. Lastly goes for Quinoa pulao, taking care of all the essential needs.

Alaya skips on the dinner and opts for her snacks.

Meanwhile, Alaya F skips on that dinner part and chooses to add some healthy snacks instead. Which includes a special smoothie consisting of oat milk, 4 almonds, 2 walnuts, 1 spoon of honey, cinnamon, protein powder, collagen powder, pcos herbs powder, chia seeds, flaxseeds, mixed with berries and mangoes. And later drinks that special drink with an avocado toast.
