Vastu Tips: Want to Stay Safe and Healthy? Follow These Shastra Rules to Say Goodbye to Illnesses

Follow these vastu rules to ensure good health and happiness in life

Vastu Tips: Physical illness comes to all of us, especially during changing seasons. However, all of us want to keep ourselves and our families healthy during these challenging times. There are many physical exercises and discipline that one needs to imbibe in their life. On top of this, to keep your body and mind healthy, one can make sure that Vastu Shastra rules are followed. Here are a few Vastu rules to be followed to safeguard one’s health and lead a happy life

Bedroom

To ensure good health, the bedroom should be located in the southwest direction of the house. Moreover, the entrance of the bedroom should be in the eye’s view from the bed. Furthermore, make use of pastel and soothing colours like light blue, or green as wall paint.

Living Room

The living room should be in the north direction of the house, especially the northeast of the house. Moreover, the furniture should be kept facing each other where the guests are likely to sit. On top of this, there should be enough sunlight and ventilation in the living room. Furthermore, it is crucial to keep the living room space clutter-free

Toilet

The toilet should be located in the southeast or northwest part of the house. Additionally, make sure the toilet is not visible from the main entrance of the house. Therefore, the bathroom door should be closed at all times. On top of that, cleanliness and hygiene are very important.

Kitchen

The kitchen should be located in the southeast corner of the house. Moreover, for good health and nourishment, the stove should be in such a way that the cook faces east. The kitchen should also be kept clutter-free and organised
