4 Dead, Power Cut, Waterlogging In Tamil Nadu Hit By Cyclone

Following Cyclone Mandous’ late Friday landfall with a wind speed of 75 km/h, four persons have died in Tamil Nadu. The cyclone has since become a severe depression.
