High Blood Pressure: Are You At Risk Of Paralysis Without Warning Signs? Doctors Point To Silent Threat, Check Video

High Blood Pressure Are You At Risk Of Paralysis Without Warning Signs Doctors Point To Silent Threat

High blood pressure is often called a silent condition because it can damage the body without clear early symptoms. A recent discussion on a YouTube channel, SRIAAS Paralysis Cure, has raised concern about how this condition may be linked to serious neurological risks like paralysis. Doctors explain that many people remain unaware until major health damage has already occurred.

According to experts featured in the video, controlling blood pressure is one of the most important steps in preventing long-term complications. They highlight that ignoring regular check-ups or skipping medication can quietly increase health risks over time.

How High Blood Pressure Can Lead to Paralysis

Doctors explain that high blood pressure can slowly damage blood vessels in the brain. When pressure becomes too high, a blood vessel may rupture, leading to internal bleeding in the brain. This can harm the part of the brain responsible for movement, affecting the hands and legs and potentially causing paralysis.

As per the SRIAAS Paralysis Cure video, nearly 80% of paralysis cases are linked to high blood pressure. While this may sound alarming, specialists also stress that many of these cases can be prevented with proper care and timely treatment.

They recommend maintaining BP around 120/80 and monitoring it regularly, especially for individuals above 40 years of age. Consistent monitoring helps in early detection and better control.

Why Missing Medication Increases Risk Of High Blood Pressure Complications

One of the major concerns highlighted by doctors is patient negligence. Many individuals are aware of their condition but stop taking prescribed medicines after some time. This inconsistency allows blood pressure levels to rise again, increasing health risks.

In many clinical observations, doctors report that patients who fail to follow medication schedules often end up with severe complications, including paralysis. In some cases, individuals may even become dependent on wheelchairs due to permanent damage.

To reduce risks linked with high BP, doctors recommend a combination of medical discipline and lifestyle changes. These include:

  • Taking prescribed medicines on time
  • Regular blood pressure monitoring
  • Maintaining a balanced diet
  • Reducing salt and stress levels
  • Staying physically active

Importance Of Early Awareness And Prevention

High BP is a silent but serious health threat. The key message from experts is that prevention is possible with discipline and awareness.

Health professionals emphasise that early control of high BP can significantly reduce the risk of complications like paralysis. Regular check-ups and timely treatment remain the most effective defense against long-term damage.

With proper care, high BP does not have to lead to life-altering conditions. Awareness and consistency play a crucial role in protecting brain health and overall well-being.

BJP is responsible for deaths of 700 farmers of Punjab & continues to take anti-Punjab decisions every day while sitting in Centre: CM Bhagwant Singh Mann

CM Mann

As the “Shukrana Yatra” reached Amritsar on its second day, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann drew a sharp contrast between the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Government’s “politics of delivery” and the BJP’s “anti-Punjab politics,” asserting that while his government had provided free electricity, 65,000 government jobs, canal water to farms, ₹10 lakh health insurance and monthly financial assistance for women within just four years, the BJP sitting at the Centre continued to betray Punjab through repeated anti-state decisions.

Targeting the BJP over the deaths of 700 farmers during the farm agitation, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said Punjab would never forgive those who crushed the voices of annadatas while simultaneously attempting to weaken the state’s rights, resources and identity.

Addressing gatherings during the second day of the “Shukrana Yatra”, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said the BJP’s anti-Punjab mindset had been exposed repeatedly, whether through the deaths of 700 farmers during the farmers’ agitation, attempts to stop Punjab’s tableaux, efforts to divert Punjab’s waters to Haryana through the BBMB, attempts to snatch Punjab University, efforts to take control of Chandigarh, or conspiracies to shut down Aam Aadmi Clinics.

CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said the BJP thrives on hatred and divisive politics, adding that any renewed alliance between the Akali Dal and the BJP would once again prove that both parties are “two sides of the same coin.” He warned that if such an alliance takes shape again, Punjab would suffer because the alliance is driven purely by political survival and self-interest rather than the welfare of Punjabis. “This unholy alliance is anti-Punjab and both parties will ultimately destroy each other politically,” he asserted.

Reiterating his government’s commitment to protecting the sanctity of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said that anyone found guilty of sacrilege would now face a minimum punishment of 10 years imprisonment which could extend to life imprisonment, along with fines up to ₹50 lakh. He questioned why previous governments had failed to enact such a strict law earlier, stating that their intentions were never honest. “Those governments themselves facilitated incidents of sacrilege and even ordered firing on peacefully protesting devotees,” he said, adding that officers responsible for the firing were later rewarded and promoted.

CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said the Akali Dal and the Badal family stand politically shattered today because “the court of the Almighty ultimately delivers justice.” Thanking people for their continued love and support, he said neither the Akalis nor the Congress could be trusted because of their dubious political character. He further slammed the Akalis for monopolising religion and controlling religious institutions for political gain, alleging that office-bearers of religious bodies are appointed directly at the behest of the Badal family.

Questioning the functioning of religious bodies, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann pointed out that elections to the Shiromani Committee had not been held for the last 14 years and asked how such institutions could continue claiming constitutional legitimacy. Attacking SGPC President Harjinder Singh Dhami, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said, “Dhami should call himself a soldier of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, but instead calls himself a soldier of Sukhbir Badal. Only the Badal family is opposing the anti-sacrilege law while the larger Sikh sangat had accepted and supported it wholeheartedly,” he added.

CM Bhagwant Singh Mann also targeted Akali Dal MLAs for remaining absent during the Punjab Assembly session in which the anti-sacrilege law was passed. He said the Akalis avoided the debate because questions regarding sacrilege incidents during their own tenure would have surfaced. “With the implementation of this strict law, no one will now dare to commit sacrilege,” he said, adding that the Almighty had entrusted them with this sacred responsibility. He emphasised that Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji belongs to all humanity and symbolises universal brotherhood.

The Chief Minister said the teachings of the Gurus spread the message of humanity and universal welfare, adding that anyone insulting or desecrating Gurbani would face the strictest punishment under the law. He reiterated that punishment for sacrilege would range from a minimum of 10 years imprisonment to life imprisonment along with fines reaching ₹50 lakh.

Highlighting the achievements of the Punjab Government, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said he was honestly fulfilling every responsibility entrusted to him by the people in 2022. He said Aam Aadmi Clinics had been opened across Punjab to provide free treatment, world-class government schools were being built, 90% of households were receiving free electricity, sewer systems were being upgraded, hospitals modernised, and every family could avail treatment up to ₹10 lakh under the Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojna.

CM Bhagwant Singh Mann further stated that farmers were receiving free daytime electricity, while nearly 14,000 kilometres of pipelines had been laid and canals revived to ensure water reaches every field across Punjab.

Referring to his grand reception in Amritsar South and East, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said forces inimical to Punjab were trying to sow hatred and divisions in society, but would never succeed. “Punjab’s land is fertile, but the seed of hatred can never germinate here,” he said, adding that some political parties were attempting to spread fear and tension among people.

The Chief Minister asserted that Punjab’s communal harmony and brotherhood are deeply rooted and cannot be weakened by divisive politics. Calling the “Shukrana Yatra” a spiritual journey, he said the Almighty had given them the opportunity to enact a historic anti-sacrilege law in honour of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.

CM Bhagwant Singh Mann clarified that the yatra had no political connection and was solely aimed at expressing gratitude towards Guru Sahib for blessing them with the opportunity to bring the strict legislation. Reaffirming his government’s commitment, he said the Punjab Government would continue working tirelessly for peace, progress and prosperity across Punjab.

Vindhya Expressway: Industrial Corridor Plan Gains Momentum! Would This Promise Jobs And Connectivity Surge For Gopalpur And Renukoot Residents?

Vindhya Expressway

Vindhya Expressway: The much-awaited Vindhya Expressway that would get connected with Purvanchal Expressway in Ghazipur has got a new milestone. Soil testing work has been initiated on the expressway. The 330-km expressway promises a series of benefits such as faster travel, stronger trade networks, industrial investment and new employment opportunities.

The proposed Vindhya Expressway and the emerging industrial corridor linked to it are now generating that kind of anticipation across parts of eastern Uttar Pradesh, particularly among residents of Gopalpur, Renukoot and nearby towns.

Significance Of Vindhya Expressway

For decades, the Vindhya region has struggled with inconsistent infrastructure, limited industrial diversification and migration-driven economic challenges. The expressway could alter that trajectory by improving logistics, attract manufacturing investment and strengthening connectivity between industrial clusters, mining zones and urban centres.

Eastern Uttar Pradesh and the Vindhya belt possess significant industrial and natural resource potential, yet infrastructure limitations have often restricted economic expansion.

Renukoot, known for its industrial presence and proximity to mining and energy zones, has long functioned as an important economic node in Sonbhadra district. However, connectivity challenges continue to affect movement of goods, labour and investment.

Present Day Challenges

Road transportation in many parts of the region remains slow and uneven, particularly for freight movement. Industrial operators frequently face logistical delays, while local residents often deal with limited access to larger urban employment hubs. The proposed Vindhya Expressway seeks to address precisely these structural gaps.

The project is likely to create a more integrated economic ecosystem connecting manufacturing units, logistics parks, warehousing centres, and industrial townships.

For residents of Gopalpur and nearby villages, the expressway could translate to countless employment expectations and local economic revival. It could attract auxiliary sectors such as transportation services, food processing, warehousing, repair units, construction activity and retail development while also generating demand for labour, suppliers, contractors and local service providers.

Cancer: A Silent Killer Already Inside You? Doctor Reveals 2 High-Tech Scans That Can Expose It Years Before Diagnosis

Cancer A Silent Killer Already Inside You Doctor Reveals 2 High-Tech Scans That Can Expose It Years Before Diagnosis

Cancer is often called a silent disease because it can grow inside the body without clear warning signs in the early stages. Many people only discover it when symptoms become serious. However, medical experts now say that advanced imaging technology may help detect it much earlier than before.

According to Dr Tarang Krishna, this disease could potentially be detected up to five years in advance using just two modern scans. He explains that most people remain confused about how early diagnosis really works and what tools are available today.

How PET And MRI Help Detect Cancer Early

Dr Tarang Krishna highlights two key scans that are widely used in cancer detection:

MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)

PET (Positron Emission Tomography)

An MRI works like a highly advanced camera. It produces detailed images of body tissues. It can clearly show lumps, tumours or abnormal growths in different parts of the body. However, MRI alone cannot confirm whether a lump is cancer or not. This is where PET scans become important in cancer detection.

A PET scan shows how active the cells are. It helps doctors understand whether the cells are growing rapidly, which is a strong indicator of cancer activity. This combination improves accuracy in early diagnosis.

Dr Tarang Krishna explains that together, these scans give a more complete understanding of cancer inside the body.

Cancer Detection Rates And Medical Insights

As mentioned by medical imaging experts and clinical data, PET scans are increasingly being used in India for early cancer detection. Around 5 to 6 lakh PET scans are conducted every year, mainly for diagnostic purposes.

Studies also suggest that PET scans can detect it around 15 to 20 percent earlier compared to some traditional methods. This early detection can play a crucial role in improving treatment outcomes for patients.

Key benefits of combined PET and MRI scans in cancer detection include:

  1. Better identification of abnormal cell activity
  2. More accurate tumor mapping
  3. Early detection before symptoms appear
  4. Improved treatment planning for doctors

Why Early Detection Matters

Early detection remains one of the strongest weapons against this deadly disease. When identified at an early stage, treatment becomes more effective and less complicated. Experts believe that awareness about scans like PET and MRI can help reduce late-stage cancer cases.

While technology is advancing, doctors still emphasise regular health check-ups and timely screening, especially for people at higher risk.

CM Bhagwant Singh Mann pays obeisance at Sri Harmandir Sahib, thanks Almighty for strength to enact historic anti-sacrilege law

Punjab news

CM Bhagwant Singh Mann on Thursday paid obeisance at Sri Harmandir Sahib and expressed gratitude to the Almighty for giving him the strength and courage to enact the Jaagat Jot Sri Guru Granth Sahib Satkar Amendment Act 2026, describing it as a historic step to ensure strict punishment for sacrilege and safeguard the sanctity of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.

Addressing the media after paying obeisance, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said his heart was filled with gratitude towards the Almighty for entrusting him with the service of enacting a stringent law against sacrilege. He stated, “Our Government is fortunate to have received the responsibility of passing such a historic legislation, which would help prevent such heinous incidents in the future,” he added.

“Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji is like a father to every Sikh and it is our collective duty to protect its sanctity. The Jaagat Jot Sri Guru Granth Sahib Satkar Amendment Act 2026 ensures that anyone found guilty of this unpardonable offence will face exemplary punishment,” asserted CM Bhagwant Singh Mann.

He stated that incidents of sacrilege were part of a deep-rooted conspiracy aimed at disturbing Punjab’s peace, communal harmony, brotherhood and social unity. The Chief Minister affirmed that the law has been framed in such a stringent manner that those convicted can face life imprisonment till death. “The law has been drafted after consultations with some of the country’s most respected legal experts. It will act as a strong deterrent and no one will dare to commit such a crime in the future,” added CM Bhagwant Singh Mann.

The Chief Minister further said that people across the globe and the Sikh sangat have welcomed the law passed unanimously by the Punjab Assembly. “While the entire Sikh sangat has welcomed this law, the controllers of the Shiromani Committee are opposing it because allegations related to sacrilege themselves point towards them,” said CM Bhagwant Singh Mann.

Referring to the ongoing “Shukrana Yatra”, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said that he had embarked on the yatra to express gratitude to the Almighty for blessing him with the strength to pass the historic legislation. He informed that beginning from Sri Anandpur Sahib, the yatra would continue till May 9 and include visits to Takht Sri Keshgarh Sahib, Sri Akal Takht Sahib, Damdama Sahib, Mastuana Sahib, Gurdwara Dukh Niwaran Sahib and Sri Fatehgarh Sahib.

“The sole purpose of this yatra is to thank the Almighty for giving us the courage and strength to perform this service for humanity and for Punjab,” noted CM Bhagwant Singh Mann, while thanking the sangat for turning up in large numbers despite the scorching heat.

The Chief Minister said that the sangat across Punjab was warmly welcoming the yatra because, for the first time, a strict and effective law had been enacted for the protection and respect of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. He reiterated that both the Punjab Cabinet and the Punjab Assembly had unanimously approved the legislation.

Delhi Metro: Shastri Park To Mayur Vihar Phase III Corridor On Cards! Would It Redefine Lives Of Geeta Colony, Patparganj And Kailash Nagar Residents?

Delhi Metro

Delhi Metro: The Delhi government under the leadership of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has announced that the proposed Shastri Park to Mayur Vihar Phase III Metro route would soon be a reality.

Delhi Metro-Areas To Be Served

The proposed 13.20-kilometre corridor is expected to connect several densely populated and commercially significant areas, including Mayur Vihar Phase III, New Kondli, Patparganj, Geeta Colony, Trilokpuri, Shastri Park, Nirman Vihar, Gandhi Nagar Market and Kailash Nagar.

According to preliminary details, the line would feature three underground stations and five elevated stations, which would strengthen connectivity between Central Delhi and Southeast Delhi.

While the project is still on the drawing board, the potential impact of the corridor is already sparking optimism among residents, commuters, traders and urban planners. The metro line could transform commuting patterns in parts of East Delhi that continue to grapple with traffic congestion, overcrowded roads and limited direct Metro access.

How Will It Help The Common Man?

East Delhi has witnessed rapid urbanisation over the past two decades, but transportation infrastructure has often struggled to keep pace with population growth.

Areas such as Geeta Colony, Kailash Nagar, Gandhi Nagar and Patparganj remain heavily dependent on road-based transport, including buses, auto-rickshaws, e-rickshaws and private vehicles. The proposed corridor appears designed to address precisely this gap.

Residents travelling from Mayur Vihar Phase III or New Kondli toward commercial districts in central Delhi often endure long road journeys marked by bottlenecks near bridges, intersections and market zones. Similarly, people commuting from Geeta Colony or Kailash Nagar to office hubs in Noida, Connaught Place or South Delhi frequently rely on multiple transport modes. The new corridor could substantially reduce travel time while improving last-mile mobility.

During peak hours, road congestion near the Geeta Colony flyover and surrounding arterial roads can significantly increase travel times. Patparganj, already an important residential and institutional hub, could emerge as one of the strategic anchors of the proposed corridor. The locality houses schools, hospitals, apartment complexes, and industrial pockets, but road congestion remains a major concern, particularly during office hours.

Kailash Nagar and Gandhi Nagar Market may witness an equally significant shift. Traders may benefit from easier customer access, and workers commuting daily to factories and wholesale units could experience shorter and more reliable travel times.

CM Bhagwant Singh Mann leads ‘Shukrana Yatra’ in Majha region on 2nd day, says those committing beadbi will no longer escape punishment

Bhagwant Mann

As Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann led the second day of the ‘Shukrana Yatra’ through Punjab’s Majha region, he declared that those committing beadbi in Punjab will no longer escape punishment, asserting that the new anti-beadbi law will ensure no bail after FIRs, life imprisonment, and fines up to ₹50 lakh for offenders. Pointing out that previous regimes allowed perpetrators of beadbi of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji to walk free and hurt the sentiments of the Panth, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said the AAP Government has now enacted the strictest law in the country to protect the sanctity of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and preserve communal harmony in the state.

Launching a blistering attack on the BJP and Akalis, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann asserted that forces trying to divide Sikhs and Hindus for political gains will fail before Punjab’s strong tradition of brotherhood and unity. Linking the recent bomb blasts in Jalandhar and Amritsar to BJP’s political entry tactics in Punjab, he said wherever the BJP goes, it spreads fear, unrest and division before elections. He also announced that after the anti-beadbi law, the Punjab Government will soon introduce a stringent anti-drug law under which properties of drug smugglers will be confiscated and easy bail will be completely stopped.

Leading the second day of the Shukrana Yatra from Jalandhar, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann, while addressing gatherings at Adampur and Kartarpur, said the Akalis themselves were involved in acts of beadbi and therefore had no moral authority to oppose the law. He stated that while earlier governments could also have strengthened the law, they deliberately failed to do so. “People kept voting for the Akalis believing they represented Baba Nanak’s ideals, but they disrespected the sacred teachings of the Gurus. Except for the Akalis, the entire Sikh Sangat is welcoming this anti-beadbi law,” asserted CM Bhagwant Singh Mann.

Thanking the people for showering immense love and affection during the Yatra, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said he considers himself fortunate that the Almighty entrusted him with the sacred responsibility of enacting a stringent law against beadbi of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. “Earlier, every few days Punjabis had to hear painful news of beadbi, but the accused often escaped because the law was weak. With the blessings of the people and the grace of the Almighty, we got the opportunity to strengthen this law,” he added.

The Chief Minister stated opposition parties repeatedly claimed that the law would never get passed, would get stuck with the President, or would not receive the Governor’s approval. However, he said the Punjab Government consulted the country’s best legal experts to ensure the law was constitutionally strong and future-proof. “Now if anyone commits beadbi of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, there will be no bail after the FIR. The minimum punishment will be 10 years imprisonment and it can extend to life imprisonment, along with fines up to ₹50 lakh,” he stated.

Targeting the BJP, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said wherever the BJP comes to power, it shuts down welfare schemes meant for the poor and common people. “They shut down Mohalla Clinics in Delhi and if they come to Punjab, they will do the same here too. These parties are against pro-people initiatives and have a narrow mindset towards public welfare,” he remarked.

He further announced that after enacting a strict anti-beadbi law, the Punjab Government will now bring an even harsher law against the drug menace. He said previous governments patronised drug traffickers, allowing the menace to spread across Punjab. “Now properties of drug smugglers will be confiscated, they will face strict punishment and easy bail will no longer be possible. Earlier many accused even got bail directly from police stations. This system will end,” he asserted.

Striking an emotional chord with the people, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said Punjab’s brotherhood and communal harmony can never be broken. “Punjab’s soil is fertile and every seed germinates here, but the seed of hatred can never grow on this land. BJP and Akali Dal try to divide Sikhs and Hindus for votes, but Punjabis have always rejected such politics,” he said.

Referring to the recent explosions in Jalandhar and Amritsar, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said these incidents are signs of BJP’s political entry tactics in Punjab. “Wherever BJP goes, it spreads unrest and fear. They try to make Sikhs and Hindus fight among themselves, but Punjabis refuse to fall into this trap. Even during the darkest days of militancy, Punjab’s communal harmony remained intact and people celebrated festivals together,” he said.

Cautioning people against divisive politics, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said Punjab has already suffered enough dark days and now the focus must remain on development and progress. “For the first time, world-class schools and hospitals are being built in Punjab. We are fully committed to creating a Rangla Punjab and no stone will be left unturned for this cause,” he added.

Addressing another gathering at Kartarpur, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said BJP is trying to push Punjab back into instability and fear ahead of elections, but peace-loving Punjabis will give them a befitting reply. “Before elections, BJP leaders try to create divisions and make people fight among themselves, but such dirty politics will never succeed in Punjab,” he asserted.

CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said the Punjab Government is continuously working for the state’s prosperity and development. He stated that the era of “cuts and commissions” has ended in Punjab, boosting the confidence of industrialists. “Companies like Tata Steel, Godrej and several others are setting up projects in Punjab. Previous governments even sought commissions from roadside dhabas,” he remarked.

Highlighting the Punjab Government’s welfare initiatives, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said electricity bills of nearly 90% households have been waived off, canals and water channels have been restored, and uninterrupted daytime electricity is being supplied to farmers. He further said more than 65,000 government jobs have been provided purely on merit without recommendations or corruption. “The taxpayers’ money belongs to the people and we are spending it honestly on schools, hospitals, roads and development works,” he stated.

CM Bhagwant Singh Mann also urged people to enroll themselves under the Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojna, which provides cashless treatment up to ₹10 lakh for every family in Punjab. “Government and private hospitals have been empanelled under the scheme to ensure quality healthcare for every family,” he said.

Speaking about the Mawan Dheeyan Satkar Yojna, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said the Punjab Government has started the scheme to provide ₹1,000 per month to women from other categories families and ₹1,500 per month to women from SC category families above the age of 18 years. “This amount may not make anyone rich, but it will certainly help households and ensure women live with dignity and pride,” he added.

Hantavirus Outbreak: Could Haemorrhagic Fever With Renal Syndrome Impact India’s Rural Economy? 5 Steps To Protect Your Home Now!

Hantavirus Outbreak

Hantavirus Outbreak: The recent outbreak of deadly Hantavirus in the MV Hondius ship has ignited fears that the fatal virus may cause chaos in a highly populated country like India, especially in its rural areas.

While India has not reported any incident or large-scale endemic outbreaks of Haemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS), the ecological conditions in several rural and semi-rural regions could support rodent populations that carry Hantaviruses.

In a country where a significant portion of the population depends on agriculture, stored grains and close-contact housing structures, even a limited outbreak scenario could create havoc in India.

Hantavirus Outbreak Possibilities

Scientific studies have demonstrated that zoonotic diseases (those transmitted from animals to humans) are becoming increasingly relevant due to climate shifts, changing land use patterns and expanding human-wildlife interfaces.

Hantavirus And HFRS-Serious Zoonotic Threat

A group of viruses, Hantaviruses are primarily carried by rodents such as rats and mice. Humans typically become infected not through direct contact with animals, but by inhaling aerosolized particles from rodent urine, droppings or saliva. In some cases, contamination of food or water sources may also play a role.

Why India’s Rural Economy Faces Unique Vulnerabilities?

India’s rural economy is deeply interconnected with agriculture, livestock, and informal storage systems for food grains and fodder. These structural characteristics, while essential for sustenance, also create ideal environments for rodent proliferation.

One of the most important risk factors is post-harvest storage practices. In many villages, grains are stored in jute sacks, clay containers or temporary sheds that may not be fully rodent-proof. This provides easy access for mice and rats, which are the primary reservoirs for Hantavirus.

5 Practical Steps To Protect Your Home And Community

  1. The first line of defence is reducing rodent access. Sealing cracks in walls, repairing broken doors, and covering ventilation gaps can significantly limit entry points.
  2. Dry, airtight containers are far safer than open sacks or loosely covered bins. Farmers should consider using rodent-resistant storage systems where possible.
  3. Sweeping dry floors or cleaning rodent-infested areas without protection can increase exposure. Instead, damp cleaning methods should be used, and gloves or masks should be worn when handling potentially contaminated materials.
  4. Open garbage disposal, unmanaged compost and leftover animal feed can all contribute to infestation.
  5. Families should be aware of early symptoms such as persistent fever, unexplained fatigue or kidney-related discomfort.

Bandar Teaser Bobby Deol, Anurag Kashyap

Bandar Teaser has finally dropped, and it is already grabbing attention for its intense and unsettling tone. Directed by Anurag Kashyap, the film brings Bobby Deol in a never-seen-before avatar that shifts from a glamorous party star to a man facing serious allegations. The teaser hints at a dark, layered crime drama built on moral conflict and psychological tension.

Produced by Nikhil Dwivedi’s Saffron Magicworks, the project marks a powerful collaboration between Bobby Deol and Anurag Kashyap. Known for gritty storytelling, Kashyap presents Bobby in a morally complex role that blends charm, mystery, and danger. The teaser quickly moves from flashy nightlife visuals to a disturbing legal twist, setting the tone for a hard-hitting narrative.

Bandar Teaser Shows Bobby Deol’s Glam-To-Grit Transformation

Bandar Teaser opens with Bobby Deol’s character Sameer Mehra entering a high-energy party. Dressed in a striking jacket and sunglasses, he behaves like a confident rockstar enjoying attention and fame. His presence instantly recalls his iconic on-screen charisma from earlier films.

Soon, the tone shifts as Sameer is seen interacting through a dating app and making questionable remarks about relationships. He even admits to having a flawed personality, describing himself in harsh terms. The teaser builds discomfort as his carefree lifestyle starts showing darker undertones.

A major twist arrives when Sameer is suddenly arrested on charges of sexual assault. While he denies the accusations and claims he is being framed, the situation turns tense and unpredictable. This shift forms the emotional core of the story.

Anurag Kashyap Builds A Dark Psychological Crime Drama

As expected from Anurag Kashyap, the Bandar Teaser quickly moves into a gritty narrative space. A large portion of the film appears to be set inside a jail, highlighting Sameer’s psychological decline and legal battle.

The teaser also introduces Sanya Malhotra as Sameer’s sister, who openly criticises him and calls him an “idiot.” This adds emotional weight and family conflict to the storyline.

The film features an ensemble cast including Sapna Pabbi, Indrajith Sukumaran, Jitendra Joshi, Raj B Shetty, Riddhi Sen and others. It premiered earlier at the Toronto International Film Festival, adding global attention to the project.

Following online discussions, Anurag Kashyap clarified that Bandar is not linked to the MeToo movement. He explained that the story focuses on a false accusation case and not on any sexual power dynamic or workplace abuse narrative.

He further stated that MeToo deals with the misuse of power by individuals in authority, which is not the subject of this film. According to him, the story is centred on a different kind of legal and emotional conflict.

Nitish Kumar: Anti-Dynasty Crusader Succumbs! Samrat Choudhary Cabinet Welcomes Nishant Kumar In New Definition Of Family Politics

Nitish Kumar

Nitish Kumar: The son of one of the biggest critics of dynasty politics has joined the Samrat Choudhary led Bihar government. Nishant Kumar, the son of former Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, became one of the 32 individuals who were sworn in as ministers as part of the state’s Cabinet reshuffle.

For years, Nitish Kumar has been associated with sharp criticism of dynastic politics, often positioning himself as a practitioner of merit-based governance. Interestingly, Nishant has no experience in politics and had previously always preferred spiritualism before active politics.

Nitish’s Remarks On Dynasty Politics

Nitish has repeatedly mocked the family of former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad Yadav for producing too many children to fill political positions. In 2017, Nitish disapproved of Rahul Gandhi saying the Congress party generated and spread dynasty politics in India.

Nitish Kumar And Samrat Choudhary

The role of Samrat Choudhary in this reshuffle also adds another layer of political theatre. The cabinet expansion under his leadership is being viewed as part administrative necessity, part coalition arithmetic and part symbolic messaging. Nitish may have resigned from the position of Bihar CM but still commands great respect among the state’s voters and leadership.

Supporters of Nitish Kumar argue that Nishant Kumar’s technical background distinguishes him from traditional political heirs. Many also claimed that Nishant’s software engineering expertise could even help transform the state of Bihar into an IT hub.

Nitish’s supporters believe that Nishant may help the state government in digital governance, IT infrastructure development, startup ecosystem facilitation and e-services expansion. His expertise could also come handy in promoting micro, small and medium enterprises in the state along with female-led enterprises.

Educational Qualifications Of Nishant Kumar

Nishant, a software engineer by profession from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) in Mesra, initially completed his schooling in St. Karen’s School in Patna before he moved to Mussorie’s Manava Bharati India International School.

UTI Infection: Causes, Symptoms And Treatment Procedures Explained! Expert Shares Science-Backed Observations

UTI Infection: Millions of women across the world get affected by Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) every year. While a big majority of these cases are mild and treatable, untreated or recurrent UTIs may significantly impact quality of life and even kidney-related complications.

In a recently shared video on Instagram, Vaidya Chhavi Yadav shares invaluable insights on Urinary Tract Infections and the primary UTI causes.

From an integrative health perspective, understanding UTIs requires more than simply identifying bacteria. Lifestyle habits, hydration levels, immunity, hygiene practices, hormonal health, digestion and stress can all influence the body’s vulnerability to infection.

What Is a UTI Infection and Why Does It Happen?

A Urinary Tract Infection occurs when microorganisms, most commonly bacteria, enter the urinary system and multiply. The urinary tract includes the kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra. Most infections involve the lower urinary tract, especially the bladder and urethra.

The majority of UTIs are caused by Escherichia coli (E. coli), a bacterium that is normally found in the intestines. These bacteria can travel from the anal area to the urethra and eventually reach the bladder. Women are more prone to UTIs because their urethra is shorter, making it easier for bacteria to reach the bladder.

Several factors can increase the risk of developing a UTI:

  • Poor hydration
  • Holding urine for long periods
  • Poor intimate hygiene
  • Sexual activity
  • Diabetes
  • Weak immunity
  • Menopause-related hormonal changes
  • Pregnancy
  • Use of certain contraceptives
  • Urinary catheter use
  • Kidney stones

Urinary Infections And Ayurveda

In Ayurveda, urinary infections are often associated with an imbalance in “Pitta dosha,” which governs heat and metabolism in the body. Excess body heat, spicy foods, dehydration, stress and digestive disturbances are believed to aggravate inflammation in the urinary tract. Interestingly, modern medicine also recognizes that dehydration and chronic inflammation may increase susceptibility to infections.

Common Symptoms Of UTI Infections

UTI symptoms may include:

  • Burning Sensation During Urination
  • Frequent Urge to Urinate
  • Cloudy or Strong-Smelling Urine
  • Pelvic or Lower Abdominal Pain
  • Fever and Fatigue

If the infection spreads toward the kidneys, symptoms may include fever, chills, nausea, fatigue and back pain.

UTI Infection Treatment In Ayurveda

The health practitioner may recommend a medical history review and urine testing to identify bacteria, white blood cells and blood in the urine. In more severe or recurrent cases, a urine culture is recommended. Antibiotics remain the standard and most effective treatment for bacterial UTIs. Increased fluid intake helps flush bacteria from the urinary tract.

An experienced Ayurveda practitioner may typically focus on reducing inflammation, improving hydration, strengthening digestion, supporting immunity and correcting lifestyle patterns that contribute to recurrent infections.
