iQOO 15 has a triple 50 MP camera at the rear and a 32 MP single selfie camera. The OnePlus 15 5G also mirrors a similar setup with triple 50 MP sensors and a 32 MP front camera. His solution is to simply switch to mineral sunscreen. These formulas include zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. Dermatologists worldwide support this advice. According to the American Academy of Dermatology, mineral sunscreens are ideal for sensitive skin and are less likely to cause irritation. And the Environmental Working Group (EWG) also warns that chemical filters like oxybenzone may disrupt hormones.

On top of that, the World Health Organisation (WHO) notes that UV exposure is a major risk factor for Skin Cancer. So sunscreen is non-negotiable, but choosing the right one matters even more.

1. Green Tea

    Dr Sethi says green tea helps improve liver enzymes and reduce fat build-up. Research backs this up. Several studies show that regular green-tea intake is linked to lower liver fat and healthier liver enzyme levels in people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

      3. Beetroot Juice (The Most Overlooked One)

        Dr Sethi calls beetroot juice “the most overlooked one” and says that it is packed with antioxidants. It can protect liver cells and reduce fat accumulation.

        Recent studies show that pure beetroot juice may help reduce liver fat, especially when paired with a balanced diet. Beetroot contains powerful antioxidants like betalains and nitrates that may help reduce inflammation and support healthy liver function.

        For best results, drink around 250 ml of pure beetroot juice without added sugar.

        Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath attended the fourth convocation ceremony of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University (RMLNLU) in Lucknow, where he congratulated the graduating students and emphasized the vital role of a strong judicial system in ensuring good governance.

        During the ceremony, medals and degrees were distributed to meritorious students — 21 medals including gold, silver, and bronze were awarded, and 309 degrees were conferred. Supreme Court Justice Suryakant attended the event as the chief guest, where students took a pledge to uphold the principles of justice.

        Addressing the gathering, CM Yogi Adityanath said, “A strong judicial system is the foundation of good governance. A society where there is no discrimination and where every individual receives equal opportunities based on merit truly embodies the spirit of justice and fairness.”

        He lauded the university for its contribution to legal education and encouraged graduates to use their knowledge and values to strengthen the nation’s legal framework. The Chief Minister also highlighted the state government’s continuous efforts toward improving legal infrastructure and ensuring justice reaches every citizen.

        University Vice-Chancellor Dr. Amarpal Singh presented the institution’s progress report. Along with traditional medals, special recognition was given to students excelling in Taxation Law, Criminal Law, and Constitutional Law.

        Among the toppers, Darshika Pandey received three medals, including the Padmavati Mohanlal Jariwala Gold Medal for securing the highest marks in Constitutional Law, while Abhyuday Pratap won two gold medals, including the K.K. Luthra Memorial Gold Medal.

        Expressing her aspirations, Darshika said she wishes to become a judge and contribute to improving the justice system in India.

        The Chief Minister further accused the BJP of trying to centralize control over state institutions and undermining federal principles. “The Centre must remember that education is a shared responsibility. Taking unilateral decisions without consulting the state government is against the spirit of democracy,” Mann stated.

        Political analysts have noted that the decision could reignite debates over Punjab’s rights concerning the university’s governance, which has historically maintained deep cultural and academic ties with the state. Several student and teacher unions have also voiced concern, demanding that the university’s autonomy and its connection with Punjab be preserved.

        The Punjab government has indicated that it will explore legal and constitutional options to challenge the Centre’s move and ensure that the state’s interests are protected.

        8th Pay Commission: Pension Calculator, Fitment Factor and Expected Hike for Central Government Employees

        Central government employees across India are eagerly waiting for the implementation of the 8th Pay Commission recommendations. The new pay commission is expected to bring a significant hike not only in the salaries of employees but also in the pensions of retirees. According to the government’s pension portal, as of October 30, 2025, there are 68.72 lakh pensioners in India, including civilians, defence personnel, and employees from departments like railways and telecommunications.

        Fitment Factor to Play a Key Role

        The fitment factor will play a crucial role in determining the extent of increase in pensions and salaries. This factor acts as a multiplier used to calculate the revised pay or pension under a new pay commission. For the 7th Pay Commission, the fitment factor was set at 2.57, meaning that basic salaries and pensions increased by approximately 2.57 times compared to the 6th Pay Commission.

        For the 8th Pay Commission, the new fitment factor will be decided once the Union Cabinet approves the commission’s recommendations. If the government increases the fitment factor from 2.57 to 3.0 or 3.68, pensioners could witness a nearly twofold rise in their basic pension.

        Formation of the 8th Pay Commission

        Recently, the Central Government approved the rules and terms of reference for the formation of the 8th Central Pay Commission. The commission has been tasked with submitting its final report within 18 months, though it may provide interim reports during this period.

        The recommendations of the commission are expected to come into effect from January 1, 2026. The commission will be chaired by Retired Supreme Court Judge Ranjana Prakash Desai, who has been entrusted with leading the panel and preparing comprehensive recommendations for pay structure revisions, allowances, and pension enhancements.

        What to Expect

        Once implemented, the 8th Pay Commission is likely to benefit millions of employees and pensioners across the country. With rising inflation and increased living costs, this revision aims to provide better financial stability and improve the standard of living for government employees and retirees alike.

According to DGP Punjab Police, both were being handled by foreign-based radicalised gangsters Gurdev Jassal and Gurlal @ Gullu, associated with the banned terrorist outfit Babbar Khalsa International (BKI).

        The investigation has revealed that the accused were assigned to execute targeted killings of rival gang members in Punjab, as part of a wider conspiracy aimed at disturbing peace and instilling fear across the state.         Two accused linked to Babbar Khalsa International arrested in Gurdaspur

        During the operation, the police recovered three .32 calibre pistols and several live cartridges, indicating that the accused were fully prepared to carry out their mission. Further investigations are underway to identify their local contacts, sources of arms supply, and potential future targets.

        Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann commended the Punjab Police for their swift and effective action, stating that the state will not tolerate any attempt to destabilize peace and harmony. He reiterated that his government remains fully committed to eradicating the gangster-terror ecosystem from Punjab.

        The DGP assured that intensive operations are ongoing to dismantle such networks and prevent the radicalization of youth by international terror handlers. He further emphasized that collaboration with central agencies will be strengthened to ensure that those operating from abroad are also brought to justice.

        This latest success adds to a series of proactive operations by Punjab Police aimed at restoring law and order and safeguarding the state’s long-standing reputation for unity and resilience.
