Assembly Elections 2026: Assam, West Bengal, Kerala and Tamil Nadu would go to assembly elections in the months of April or May 2026. This would present innumerable opportunities for the Indian National Congress (INC) and its top leader Rahul Gandhi. Last year, the INC lost out on Delhi and Bihar assembly elections.

Rahul Gandhi now needs to make an impactful appearance at these assembly elections or he would run the risk of becoming an irrelevant player in Indian political circles.

In his role as the INC party president from December 2017 to July 2019 and a prominent influencer since around 2009, Rahul Gandhi has lost more than 95 elections till date. The only noteworthy wins under his tenure came in the states of Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh in 2018 and in Karnataka and Telangana in 2023.

In December 2025 local body polls, the Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) gained massive traction and led in most seats in the state. The victory was hailed by Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal as a huge victory.

For the 234-seat house in the state of Tamil Nadu, Congress is likely to lock its alliance with DMK. However, speculations swirl around actor Vijay’s TVK as a bargaining chip against AIADMK-BJP fronts, though Congress reaffirms DMK ties while stressing mutual respect.

In the 126-seat assembly of Assam, the INC is under heavy competition from the ruling BJP where CM Himanta Biswa Sarma is looking for a third term.

In West Bengal, Congress is not likely to make any significant impact after the snub of TMC and Mamata Banerjee.

The innovative approach immediately caught the attention of both investors and viewers.

Hum dekh rahe hain ki future India ke liye aur duniya ke liye kya possibilities hain.”

They also explained the technology’s flexibility and eco-friendly design and added, “Solar energy ka use karke, sand aur other materials se ek big set bana kar, usse align karke hum destination habitat create kar sakte hain bina cement ya kisi aur traditional material ke. Demo mein aapko dikhaana chahiye ki ghar yahan par kaise banega. Ek pillar build karenge, aur agar accelerator use karein to 10-20 minutes mein 2 feet ka structure print kiya ja sakta hai. Installation mein aap few steps follow karke same result achieve kar sakte hain.”

Faster, Greener Construction With Kelvin6k

Kelvin6k’s ATOM can dramatically reduce construction time and cost. The founders claim a 2,500 sq. ft. home can be printed in under 30 days, cutting timelines by 60% and costs by 30%. By replacing manual labour with precise robotics, Kelvin6k addresses delays and quality issues common in conventional construction.

Environmental sustainability is another highlight. The startup uses a fly ash-based geopolymer “ink,” which reduces carbon emissions by 90% compared to traditional cement. Their zero-cement process and patent-pending “Made in India” robotics position Kelvin6k as a leader in green construction technology.

Kelvin6k has already made a mark by constructing India’s first onsite 3D-printed building for the Military Engineer Services (MES). The startup earned Rs 2.5 crore in revenue over two years. Their robotic hardware is reportedly ten times cheaper than international alternatives, making high-tech construction more accessible in India.

In the Tank, Kelvin6k sought strategic partners to scale their operations and meet rising demand from government and private projects. The Sharks were impressed by their intellectual property, sustainability credentials, and potential to transform the real estate and defence sectors.

Operation Sindoor: Noted Austrian aviation historian has remarked there are no doubts that the Indian Air Force (IAF) struck Kiara Hills Nuclear Depot.

Tom Copper remarked that this attack on the nuclear depot was the biggest reason why Pakistan immediately started asking for a ceasefire with India after Operation Sindoor last year.

Operation Sindoor-IAF Statement And Cooper’s Statements

The IAF has denied that it targeted the nuclear depot but Cooper remarked he is quite convinced that the facility was indeed hit hard and it was because of this incident that Pakistan literally “begged” for an immediate ceasefire.

Cooper remarked that the attack was like a statement to Pakistan that Indians could hit them hard anywhere they want and whenever they want, with as much ammunition and power as they want.

Cooper went on to remark that Pakistan made some highly surprising, urgent calls to Washington and New Delhi, asking for a ceasefire.

The aviation expert cited that there have been several proofs that the nuclear depot was indeed hit. He remarked that there have been a series of videos that were shot by Pakistanis that demonstrated contrails from Indian missiles coming in and diving down powerfully before hitting the depot’s landslide. Cooper said that the smoke originating from the radar station of what was possibly the Pakistani Air Force’s 4091st Squadron supports this theory.

Operation Sindoor-What Caused The Attack?

Operation Sindoor, which was launched by India on May 7-8 in 2025, was a response of India to April 22, 2025 Pahalgam attack in which Islamist militants from The Resistance Front (TRF), tied to Lashkar-e-Taiba, killed 26 Indians using M4 carbines and AK-47s. The militants targeted the innocent Indians based on their religion. The incident happened in Kashmir’s Baisaran Valley where mostly Hindu tourists, plus one Christian and a local Muslim from India were shot in broad daylight.

Fatty Liver Index: Fatty liver is becoming increasingly common, even among people who do not consume alcohol. While many know that an ultrasound can detect fatty liver, experts now reveal that a simple blood test can also indicate the risk of liver damage.

This is especially important for those with obesity, diabetes or high blood pressure, as early detection can prevent serious health issues.

What Causes Fatty Liver?

AIIMS doctor Priyanka Sehrawat explained the underlying causes of fatty liver. She said, “You all know that fatty liver can be diagnosed with an ultrasound. You also know that fatty liver does not happen only because of alcohol. We also have non-alcoholic fatty liver, which occurs in people who do not consume alcohol. Even then, it can affect liver function.”

Factors that can increase the risk of fatty liver include:

  • Abdominal obesity – Excess fat around the waist can strain the liver.
  • Diabetes – High blood sugar levels affect liver metabolism.
  • Insulin resistance – This can lead to fat accumulation in liver cells.
  • High blood pressure – Long-term hypertension impacts liver health.

Dr Sehrawat added, “These factors can convert normal liver cells into fatty liver cells.”

Fatty Liver Index: The Blood Test That Detects Risk

Ultrasound is not the only way to detect fatty liver. A blood test, called the Fatty Liver Index (FLI), can also indicate liver health. This test measures four key parameters from your blood:

  1. Liver enzymes – High levels can indicate liver stress.
  2. BMI (Body Mass Index) – Helps evaluate obesity-related risk.
  3. Triglycerides – Elevated fats in the blood can affect liver cells.
  4. Platelet levels – Low or abnormal counts can signal liver problems.

These four parameters are combined into a score, which forms the Fatty Liver Index. For example, a score of 32.6 can indicate early signs of fatty liver. The test is simple, non-invasive, and helps catch risk early before serious damage occurs.

This index is especially helpful for detecting non-alcoholic fatty liver, which can go unnoticed for years.

Why Early Detection Matters

Fatty liver is often called a “silent” condition because many people do not feel symptoms initially. Over time, it can lead to inflammation, fibrosis, or even cirrhosis. Regular check-ups and tests like the Fatty Liver Index can help monitor liver health and guide lifestyle changes.

Tips to reduce fatty liver risk:

  • Maintain a healthy weight and waist size
  • Follow a balanced diet with low sugar and healthy fats
  • Exercise regularly to improve insulin sensitivity
  • Monitor blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol levels

Galgotias University: The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) led by Tejashwi Yadav has asked for a case of treason to be immediately filed against Greater Noida-based Galgotias University. This was after the university was accused of showcasing a Chinese imported Robodog as its Made in India creation.

RJD’s X Post Against Galgotias University

In a post on X, RJD wrote that the university has embarrassed India’s struggles and achievements in the world of artificial intelligence and innovation. It added that it is shameful to see that a Rs. 2 lakh robot from China was portrayed by the educational institution as a gadget that cost them Rs. 350 crore.

It added that the University Professor shamelessly gave an interview to state-run television channel DD News. The RJD statement also said private universities such as Galgotias are a sham that has been spoiling the life of Indian students.

How The Pack Of Lies Started?

In a now viral video, the university’s professor Neha Singh could be seen suggesting to a news reporter that the “Orion” Robodog was a creation of the educational institute. Interestingly, several Chinese X handles refuted this claim saying that it was an imported hardware from China and not a product of indigenous innovation by the Galgotias University.

In a post on X, senior journalist Umashankar Singh remarked that the UGC accreditation of the university should be cancelled as they are playing with the lives and educational future of students studying there. Sharing a picture of a thermocol-made drone, Singh write that this is the real creation of Galgotias University that is unfortunately presented at a world-reputed, international AI summit by them.

In another development, the AI Impact Summit 2026 has asked the university to vacate the summit venue. It also cut down the electricity facilities of the university at the venue.

Now, rumours are circulating that he may be working on a new film based on Operation Sindoor.

Vivek Agnihotri To Make A Film On Operation Sindoor?

According to Pinkvilla, producer Bhushan Kumar has joined forces with Vivek Agnihotri for the upcoming project. A source close to the development said, “Bhushan Kumar and Vivek Agnihotri have come together for their next film on Operation Sindoor. It will be produced under T-Series, and I Am Buddha Production, and the film will be directed by Vivek Agnihotri.”

Bhushan Kumar recently delivered major hits, including Border 2, which grossed approximately Rs 477 crore worldwide and Rs 322.45 crore domestically as of February 2026

However, Vivek Agnihotri has had mixed results. The Vaccine War (2023) struggled at the box office, earning Rs 14.70 crore worldwide (Rs 10.33 crore India net). The Bengal Files: Right to Life (2025) also received mixed reviews and was termed a “box office bomb,” though it earned a prestigious spot in the Indian Panorama at IFFI 2025.

He is currently working on Parva: An Epic Tale of Dharma, a three-part adaptation of SL Bhyrappa’s novel.

About Operation Sindoor

Operation Sindoor is set to adapt the real-life Indian military counter-offensive conducted in May 2025. The film will be a high-profile collaboration between Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Agnihotri’s I Am Buddha Production. Announced in early 2026, the project aims to capture the strategic and emotional significance of the operation, which reshaped India’s national security stance.

The story centres on the aftermath of the Pahalgam terror attack on April 22, 2025, which claimed 26 innocent lives. In response, the Indian Armed Forces launched Operation Sindoor on the night of May 7-8, 2025, targeting nine terrorist training camps across Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir. The title “Sindoor” carries symbolic weight, referencing both sacred vermilion and the personal tragedies of newly married victims affected in the massacre.

According to recent official updates from the ongoing anti-drug operation, state police have continued large-scale raids across multiple districts. On Day 353 of the campaign, authorities reported the arrest of 84 alleged smugglers and the seizure of 2.1 kg heroin, 92 kg poppy husk, 720 intoxicant tablets or capsules, and ₹11,400 suspected drug money. In addition to enforcement action, 55 individuals were counselled and encouraged to undergo de-addiction and rehabilitation.

Cumulative figures released by officials indicate that nearly 49,974 drug smugglers have been arrested since the launch of the drive, reflecting the scale and continuity of the crackdown. The campaign combines policing measures with rehabilitation outreach, signalling a dual strategy of strict enforcement alongside treatment support for those affected by substance abuse.

Political leaders backing the initiative say the government’s objective is not only to dismantle supply chains but also to restore social stability in affected communities. Officials said the intensified enforcement has been made possible through coordinated intelligence sharing and joint field operations led by Punjab Police units and specialized anti-narcotics teams.
