Cricket Viral Video: The rise of leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal in team India over the years has been commendable. Despite the team being stiffed with several names, he has built up his name as a dependable player. His ODI debut came way back in the year 2016 and he has picked up 119 wickets in the 50-over internationals so far.
Yuzvendra Chahal reveals amusing details
The debut match is always special for everyone, nobody can forget the feeling of wearing the jersey for the first time. Recently, in a chat-show, leg-spinner Yuzi told the host and renowned stand-up comedian Tanmay Bhat on what happened when he got his debut. Speaking on the show, Yuzi first spoke about his performance in the IPL and how it got heam a spot in the national side.
Continuing further, he later revealed that he was called up in Mumbai from Delhi. Though he played against Zimbabwe, he was called up to be there first and get along with the team. He later stated that when he entered his room, he saw a box in the middle. Excitedly he opened it, and what he saw, left his eyes wide open.
The box contained his jersey for the match. He said that he instantly wore the dress and went in front of the mirror- and just stared at himself, getting his dream fulfilled. He later revealed that he continued to take pictures for the next 20 minutes in the jersey in several poses.

Yuzvendra Chahal has represented India in 71 ODI matches, in which he has taken 119 wickets. In the T20I format, he has played 74 games and picked 90 wickets. In the IPL, he has taken 166 wickets, making him the third-joint leading wicket taker along with Amit Mishra, who has also notched 166 wickets.
