Tushar Deshpande throws 11 ball in an over

CSK returned to their home ground Chepauk today with their match against Lucknow Super Giants. The visitor team won the toss and opted to bowl first. However, they failed to restrict as the team managed to score 217/7 in 20 overs. Though, CSK bowlers are failing to restrict the visitors as well. LSG team had scored 73 runs without any loss in five overs.

However, things turned even worse in the fourth over when Tushar Deshpande had to throw 11 balls in a single over. He bowled the first three balls with ease with LSG scoring just three runs as well. Then, he tossed up a no-ball, then a wide, then yet another no-ball with the just next ball being wide as well. Many thought that his nightmare is over with Meyers notching a boundary on the next ball, which was actually the fourth legal ball only. But, he once again tossed up yet another wide on the next ball. The over ended with 11 balls being thrown and 18 runs being scored.
