RR vs SRH IPL 2023: Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad are currently battling at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur. Sanju Samson led the home team won the toss and chose to bat first. They had a fiery start in the match, scoring 45 runs without any loss of wickets in just 4 overs. Amongst all the hits, in the second over, Jaiswal hit a six that has now stirred social media.

Yashasvi Jaiswal pulls off a stunner

After coming to bat first, RR had an aggressive approach as they continue to smash the ball around the park. By the end of the third over itself, they had scored 34 runs which had given them an early boost in momentum.

During the second over of the match, which was being bowled by Marco Jensen. He slammed a six off a short delivery by a pull short, leaving the crowd in frenzy. The ball appeared to be in line but Jaiswal timed it perfectly and garnered six runs for his team. Jos Buttler had earlier scored a boundary in the same over.

Amidst his run-scoring spree, he also achieved a significant feat by becoming the joint second-fastest player to join the 1,000-run club in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He reached the prestigious milestone in just 34 innings. Suresh Raina, a former player for the Chennai Super Kings, also took an equal number of innings to achieve this remarkable accomplishment.
