Watch Here:

"I have been working as a coolie since 1981, but I have never seen a crowd like this. The Prayagraj Special was initially scheduled to depart from Platform 12 but was later shifted to Platform 16. As the crowd from Platform 12 and those waiting outside tried to reach the new platform, chaos erupted. People started colliding and fell on the escalator and stairs," he recalled.

In an attempt to control the crowd, several coolies and onlookers tried to intervene. "We took at least 15 bodies and loaded them into an ambulance. The platform was filled with shoes and torn clothes. When the crowd surged towards Platform 16, it became impossible to stop them. We called the police, fire tenders, and multiple ambulances," he added.
