The woman was subsequently shifted to an isolation facility at the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) Hospital in Jaipur, where she is currently under medical observation. Health officials have stated that her condition is stable and that no confirmation of Ebola infection has been made so far.

Samples collected from the patient have been sent to a specialized laboratory in Pune for testing. Authorities said that only the laboratory report will determine whether the woman is infected with the Ebola virus or suffering from another illness with similar symptoms.

The case has triggered heightened vigilance among health authorities, who are closely monitoring the situation and following established infectious disease protocols. Officials have emphasized that all necessary preventive measures are being taken to avoid any potential public health risk.

Medical experts note that Ebola is a severe viral disease that can spread through direct contact with infected bodily fluids. However, they have also stressed that the current case remains only a suspected one and that there is no confirmed Ebola case in Rajasthan at this stage.

The incident comes at a time when health authorities worldwide remain cautious about emerging infectious diseases and international travel-related health risks. Officials have urged the public to avoid speculation and await the results of the laboratory investigation.

Further information is expected once the test reports are received and reviewed by the concerned health authorities.
