Weather Update April 28 2026: Lalitpur, Sitapur, Hardoi, Bahraich, Barabanki and Kushinagar are likely to get relief from heat conditions, with a slight possibility for rainfall.

Weather Update April 28 2026: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that the states of Rajasthan, Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh may find some relief from scorching heat from April 28-30, 2026. Changes in western disturbances could bring dark clouds and rain showers back to these states.

The IMD also predicted that heat waves are likely to intensify in several parts of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

Weather Update April 28 2026-Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir And Himachal Pradesh Weather Update

Chamba, Dalhousie, Nahan, Rohru, Ghumarwin, Jogindernagar, Palampur and Rampur Bushahr may experience moderate to heavy rainfall. Bhaderwah, Doda, Poonch, Rajouri, Gurez, Uri, Sopore, Anantnag, Kishtwar and Kupwara are also expected to witness similar weather conditions.

Lohaghat, Pithoragarh, Almora, Pauri, Tehri, Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag, Lansdowne, Dwarahat and Rishikesh may receive fresh bounty of rainfall.

Pulwama, Rajouri, Bandipora, Ganderbal, Kulgam, Shopian, Pahalgam, Doda, Kishtwar, Reasi, Samba, Udhampur, Kupwara, Leh, Kargil, Bhaderwah and Chenani may receive snowfall and rain in some areas, especially during late evening and night hours.

Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana and Weather Update

Several parts of southwest Delhi, parts of west Delhi, north Delhi, central Delhi, Shahdara, east Delhi, south Delhi and southeast Delhi are likely to experience heavy rainfall. Greater Noida, Faridabad, Meerut, Delhi, Noida and Gurguram may experience intermittent rainfall.

Several parts in Saharanpur, Bareilly, Badaun, Bijnor, Lalitpur, Sitapur, Hardoi, Bahraich, Barabanki and Kushinagar are likely to get relief from heat conditions, with a slight possibility for rainfall.

Jhansi, Sambhal, Rampur, Mainpuri, Kannauj, Agra, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Moradabad, Mathura, Azamgarh, Aligarh, Lucknow, Kanpur, Pratapgarh and Deoria are also likely to witness similar weather conditions.
