Vande Bharat Train: Indian Railways is to start a new Vande Bharat Express which will connect Gorakhpur and Patna via Muzaffarpur. It will provide faster and comfortable travel experience to passengers of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar as it has all the necessary modern facilities. This Vande Bharat train will reduce travel time significantly between Gorakhpur and Patna. 

Details of new Vande Bharat Train

• The train will depart from Gorakhpur at 6 AM, will reach Muzaffarpur at 10 AM and Patna 11 AM. 
• On return, it will depart from Patna at 2 PM, will reach Muzaffarpur at 3 PM and Gorakhpur at 8 PM.
• The expected fares are; Patna to Gorakhpur ₹600 and Muzaffarpur to Gorakhpur ₹480
• New Vande Bharat will have only few stops connecting important cities of Bihar.
• The proposed stations in the route are Muzaffarpur, Bettiah, and Narkatiaganj. Bapudham, Motihari  and Hajipur
