Vedic Chants and Sacred Offerings! CM Yogi Leads Pran-Pratishtha Ceremony at Gorakhnath Temple

CM Yogi: Anupam Agarwal, an architect, and Mukesh Kumar Jaimini and Shivam Kumar Jaimini, a father-son team from Jaipur who created the deity idols out of marble, respectively, were honoured by the chief minister during this occasion, according to a statement released here on Sunday.

Acknowledging the Contributions to Temple Construction and Idol Production

Then, CM Yogi conveyed his gratitude to the workers, engineers, sculptors, and architects who contributed to the building of the temple and the production of the god idols. The CM conducted the pran-pratishtha ceremony while reciting Vedic chants as he carried out the sacred offering of Shri Lakshmi Narayan’s great Mahayagna and worshipped the celestial idols. As Gorakshpeethadhishwar presented the deity statues amidst devotional tunes on various musical instruments and bands, the entire temple complex resounded with cheers from devotees. The culmination of the seven-day Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran Kathagyan Yagna at Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhavan of Gorakhnath Temple includes the Pran Pratishtha ceremony.

Mahayagna and Prayers Mark the End of Pran-Pratishtha Event

The majestic Mahayagna of Shri Lakshmi Narayan and the solemn offering of the whole knowledge of Shrimad Bhagavat Mahapurana marked the end of this pran-pratishtha event. The Chief Minister also prayed to Guru Gorakhnath and all the gods for all citizens to have happy and prosperous lives. Additionally, he asked that everyone insist on maintaining the purity of the temples and work to instill the divine spirit in the idols.In addition to performing the Vyasa Peeth devotion and offering an Aarti, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath welcomed Dr. Shyam Sundar Parashar, the discourse’s narrator, who had just arrived from the holy city of Vrindavan.

CM Yogi Bestows Blessings on Nine Newly Built Temples

In these recently constructed temples for Shri Hanuman, Shri Ram Darbar, Shri Radhakrishna, Shri Dashavatar Vishnu, Shri Navagraha Mandir, Shri Santoshi Mata, Shri Chatthi Mata, Shri Hatthi Mat, and Shri Bal Devi, CM Yogi performed the consecration of idols. On the grounds of Gorakhnath Temple, a large feast (bhandara) was held to celebrate the consecration of the statues. Many devotees attended this ceremony in order to receive the holy gift (prasad). Beginning on May 8, a religious ceremony for the pran-pratishtha of god idols in each of the nine freshly built temples within the Gorakhnath Temple was conducted in two stages. The narration of the Shri Shiv Mahapurana took place in the first part, while the magnificent Mahayagna of Shri Lakshmi Narayan and the discourse of the Shrimad Bhagavat Mahapurana were organised in the second phase beginning on May 15. Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister, went to the Gorakhnath Temple on Friday to perform the pran-pratishtha rite. He has been enthusiastically taking part in all the ceremonial programmes ever then.
