The entire accident was captured on a CCTV camera, showing a car entering the hotel through the main gate. The child fails to notice the approaching vehicle and slips, tragically falling under the car’s front left tyre.

Netizens React to Nashik Viral Video - Debate Over Blame Game

Several users took to the comments to share their thoughts on the Nashik viral video. One user wrote, “This is a very sorry state. But look at the guardian—he was busy on the phone. There was no mistake of the car owner. The boy came suddenly. Parents should learn to keep mobile phones aside whenever small kids are in open areas where vehicles are operating.”

Another comment read, “Clearly, no fault of the driver, but the unfortunate car driver is being held responsible even though there was little he could do to prevent it.”

A third user added, “This is a very unfortunate incident. The driver is not at fault here. The kid and his guardian should have been more attentive. CCTV footage should save the driver.”

The Nashik viral video has left social media users shocked and debating the incident. While the tragic accident claimed the life of a 5-year-old kid, opinions remain divided on who was at fault—the car driver or the child's guardian.
