Viral Video: In this world, people follow different paths. Some create their own, while others blindly walk the path laid by others. A similar incident has come to light in a viral video that is rapidly spreading on social media. The video captures a group of devotees on their way to Maha Kumbh 2025, passing under a flyover. What makes this video unique is that a person jokingly jumped to touch the flyover, and witnessing this, many others perceived the flyover as a divine symbol and began touching it to seek blessings.
The viral video was uploaded on social media platform X by a user named ‘Inderjeet Barak.’ The caption of the video reads, “This is Flyover Baba, the intellectuals of India are taking blessings while coming and going. Some are taking it by jumping, and some are taking it by touching it. Now, what can we say to them?”

ये #फ्लाईओवर_बाबा हैं, भारत के बुद्धिजीवी लोग आते जाते आशीर्वाद ले रहे हैं, कोई उछलकर ले रहा है कोई हाथ लगाकर ले रहा है।।

The video features a voice-over that explains how a person initially touched the flyover, and now a majority of people are following suit, believing in the divine nature of it. Several people are even seen jumping to reach it. The person in the video states that he has been observing this for the past 10-15 minutes, and many are attempting to touch it. The cameraman also pans the camera upwards to show that it is merely a flyover. This unique video has gone viral, with countless users sharing their views.
Taking to the comment section, one user wrote, “To samjhao na video kya bana rahe ho.” Another said, “Bhai yaar, I am a local here. We always go to Parade Ground from under this flyover of Prayagraj.... Which Baba has come into this?” A third user added, “Isse he kehte hai bhed chaal.” A fourth commented, “Bihar mein pool girte rehte hai na… isliye check kar rahe hai yeh bhi girega toh nahi.”
This is not the first instance of such an incident. In the past, several videos and photos have gone viral, showing people engaging in similar acts of superstition. There have been cases where people drank AC water, mistaking it for holy water. Some have even taken blessings from a dustbin simply because it was shaped like an animal.
