In October 2025, rumours also suggested that they got engaged at Vijay’s Hyderabad residence in a private ceremony with close friends and family in attendance. The latest excitement around the Rashmika Mandanna Wedding began after a video surfaced online showing what appeared to be grand wedding preparations at Udaipur’s iconic City Palace. The clip was shared by a content creator named Tanya (@tanyaa.yaaa), who is currently holidaying in Rajasthan.
The video shows massive chandeliers, elaborate stages, floral decorations and several workers busy preparing the venue. The scale of the arrangements quickly caught attention and led many fans to believe that a celebrity wedding could be around the corner.
In the video, the Instagram user is heard saying, “Guys, we are giving you an update. We are at the City Palace in Udaipur. And they are decorating the palace. And we came to know that someone is getting married here. And guess who? Who could it be? Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda. They are getting married. Let me show you the decorations. I am giving you exclusive news. On 2nd February, they are getting married.”
Despite the video going viral, there has been no confirmation from either Rashmika or Vijay. It remains unclear whether the preparations are indeed for their wedding or for another high-profile event.
Fuel was further added to the rumours when Rashmika Mandanna was spotted at the Mumbai airport on Friday night. During her interaction with the paparazzi, a photographer asked her, “Hume invite nahi kar rahe aap?” The actress smiled, appeared slightly shy, and replied with a laugh, “Kis baat ke liye?”
When the question was pushed further, Rashmika quickly shifted the focus to her work and said, “Film release abhi toh…kuch karna padega.”

Rashmika and Vijay have been linked since they worked together in Geetha Govindam (2018) and Dear Comrade (2019). While they have never officially confirmed their relationship, their frequent public appearances and holidays together have kept rumours alive.
