Bhooth Bangla Box Office Collection Day 18: Bhooth Bangla continues its steady run at the box office, but the pace has slowed down after the weekend boost. The Akshay Kumar starrer witnessed a sharp dip in collections on Day 18, even as it inches closer to key milestones both in India and worldwide.
Despite the drop, the film remains one of the notable performers of the year. After crossing Rs 200 crore globally, Bhooth Bangla is now slowly moving towards the Rs 230 crore mark. However, fresh releases in cinemas have started impacting its daily earnings, especially in the third week.

Directed by Priyadarshan, the horror-comedy had already collected Rs 128.5 crore net in its first two weeks. According to early estimates, the film earned Rs 1.75 crore on Day 18 (third Monday) across 4,054 shows, showing a nearly 68% drop after the weekend jump.
With this, the total India gross stands at Rs 171.32 crore, while the India net collection has reached Rs 143.75 crore. Overseas, the film added Rs 0.40 crore on the same day, taking its international total to Rs 56.65 crore. The worldwide gross now stands at Rs 227.97 crore, bringing it very close to the Rs 230 crore milestone.
The film is currently facing strong competition from new releases across genres. Movies like Raja Shivaji starring Riteish Deshmukh, Ek Din featuring Sai Pallavi, and the Hollywood sequel The Devil Wears Prada 2 are drawing audience attention.
Additionally, the film had earlier clashed with the Michael, based on the life of Michael Jackson. With multiple options at the box office, Bhooth Bangla is seeing a natural slowdown in footfall.
