The Dzire’s engine is a 1.2-litre petrol and also comes in a CNG option. The engine produces 89bhp and 113Nm of torque in petrol mode, and 76bhp and 98.5Nm of torque in CNG mode. A five-speed manual gearbox and a five-speed AMT unit are available as gearbox options. The Honda Amaze, on the other hand, is powered by a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 89bhp and 110Nm of torque. This engine is available with either a five-speed manual gearbox or a CVT. The petrol mill is refined and silent. The manual and automatic versions both have high mileage figures of 18.6kmpl and 18.3kmpl, respectively.
