As reported by Sacnilk, Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos opened with an India net collection of around Rs 1.25 cr on Day 1. The film saw a small jump on Saturday, earning nearly Rs 1.50 cr on Day 2. With this, its two-day total stands at about Rs 2.75 cr.
Pulkit Samrat and Varun Sharma’s Rahu Ketu also began its run on a modest note. The fantasy comedy collected close to Rs 1 cr on its opening day. On Day 2, the film showed slightly better growth than Happy Patel, earning an estimated Rs 1.60 cr. Its total after two days is now around Rs 2.60 cr.
The numbers show that both films witnessed only a small Saturday rise. While Rahu Ketu performed marginally better in terms of Day 2 growth, Happy Patel still holds a narrow lead in overall collections so far.
In comparison, holdover release Dhurandhar remains unshaken at the box office. On Day 44, the Ranveer Singh starrer earned an estimated Rs 3 cr India net. This single-day figure is higher than what Happy Patel and Rahu Ketu collected on their second day. Even after several weeks in theatres and the arrival of new releases, the film continues to pull in solid numbers.
