Salman Khan receives second dose of Covid-19 vaccine

Bollywood actor Salman Khan has received his second dose of vaccine against coronavirus. The actor who was administered the first dose of covid-19 vaccine in March, got the second on Eid. Not only Salman but his parents have also received both the doses of Covid-19 vaccine.

In a recent interview, Salman had shared that his parents, veteran screenwriter Salim Khan and producer Salma Khan, got their second dose on May 9, while brother-producer Arbaaz Khan received his first shot on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan’s film ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ has thrashed all OTT records with over 4 million views in just 24-hour. Overwhelmed with the response of the audience, the actor took to Twitter to express gratitude.

“Wishing ev1 a v Happy Eid. Thank u all for the wonderful return gift by making Radhe the most watched film on day 1. The film industry would not survive without your love n support. Thank u,” he tweeted.

Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai started streaming on multiple platforms, including OTT and DTH services. The audience can also watch the film on the pay-per-view broadcast platform Zee Plex.

Earlier, Salman Khan had tweeted to let his fans and followers know that he had taken the vaccine on March 24. He wrote, “Took my first dose of vaccine today….(sic).”

Many Bollywood celebrities, including Amitabh Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit, Malaika Arora, Arshad Warsi, Dharmendra, Vivek Oberoi, Rohit Shetty, Sonu Sood, Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt, among others, have taken the vaccine shot.
