Hapur Viral Video: A viral video has emerged from Hapur Kotwali Area in Hapur where a school bus was stopped on the Meerut Road and a history-sheeter thrashed a minor boy.

In the now viral video, Kalwa Singh and a few men could be seen hitting a child brutally while the child is begging for help and relief. The incident was shot in broad daylight and has fumed social media users who have blasted the poor child safety measures and no fear among history-sheeters.
